256. Sökkmimir
But the Elfin race lied to Swegde, Odin' s mighty king.
Confidently, Swegde marched into Sökkmimir's cave,
Then the doors shut behind him, and it became his grave.
Odin did not like the fact that his friends the Elves had lied,
Nor was he happy that the king he placed on the throne had died.
Odin then decided it was time that he paid the Jotun a call,
So Valfather mounted Sleipnir, and rode to Sökkmimir's hall.
Now we have heard of all the Jotuns killed by the Mighty Thor,
But few know of Odin's anger when he decides to settle a score.
When the evil Jotun killed Swegde it promptly sealed his doom,
Odin, in all his fury, turned Sökkmimir's hall into his tomb !
