305. With An Unbroken Heart
(Dedicated to my blood sister )
There is no sanctuary from the pain of loss,
It will find you no matter where you try to hide.
Do not cower before your pain and sorrow,
Instead stand proudly, and face it head on.
Let your tears cleanse the pain from your soul,
Cry out not in anger, but with everlasting devotion.
Allow the deep warmth of your love to slowly rise up,
And lift the fog of uncertainty from your troubled mind.
Cast off the shroud of remorse that surrounds you,
Cover yourself with the warmth of joyous memories.
Close your tearful eyes and walk with them once again,
And honor the one you love with an unbroken heart !
